Well, with the big boat broke down i found myself still wanting to go fishing, and since i had to take everything off and out of the big boat, why not reinstall some stuff on the dory so i could at least do some lake fishing. I'm now glad i decided to do so.
This is the outcome after a morning of fishing at Lake S
amish this last weekend. The fishing for these tasty little guys was outstanding. I fished a total of 1 hour on
saturday and 40 minutes on
Sunday. 4 Nice
Kokes and one
cutty' was the result for
Saturday. Sunday turned out 5 nice
Kokes.
These are Saturday's fish

Have to get a shot of the view and fishing conditions out of the dory

Back at the launch by 7:10!

A side shot of the dory before loading her up and heading home for some breakfast

In hindsight
I'm glad i didn't sell the dory this last year. It's been a lot of fun with Isa this year, chasing trout in our local lakes and there are a lot more in its future.
From the north.....where men get up early.....and catch trout too!
